Two appliance garages with microwave make it easy to keep your countertop free from kitchen clutter.

The master suite includes a separate sitting area overlooking the mountains, a luxurious bath with heated marble floors, soaking tub, frameless shower with 12” rainfall shower head and handheld, lights that double as vents, heated towel rack and his/her custom closets with built ins designed to maximize organization and storage. Guest bedrooms each offer space for a King size bed and include an ensuite bath all with heated tile floors. Three-quarter inch water lines allow for excellent water pressure throughout the home.

Speakers are housed throughout the kitchen, living room, porch, master bedroom and bath. A main switch controls phones, security, television speakers, and is prewired for this home. A water cop has also been installed allowing the main water to the home to be turned off simply with the push of a button.
